Meet Lisa

Hi, I’m a Holistic Nutrition Coach, RSPH Level 4 qualified, and someone who’s been exactly where you are.  Believe me, I know how disheartening it is to feel like you're doing “everything right” but still not getting anywhere.

I started Diamond Nutrition to help people rebuild their relationship with food, break free from yo-yo dieting, and finally feel in control of their health, without cutting out the things they love or obsessing over the scales.

My approach is all about real life. Together, we’ll work on simple, sustainable strategies that fit into your world, whether that’s navigating busy schedules, low energy, mid-life changes, or just feeling completely overwhelmed by where to begin.

We’ll look beyond food alone, because health isn’t just about what’s on your plate. I’ll support you with nutrition, mindset, habits, and lifestyle factors like stress, sleep, and movement: things that truly affect how you feel every day.
